Chapter 1 - 2019

Family business

It all started with 2 brothers: Charles and Max.

Back in 2017 Charles created the cold emailing process that allowed his first company to scale from 0 to 2 million euros and 50 employees in 2 years feeding hundreds of leads every week to a team of 8 sales reps.

That got Charles thinking: “how about helping other companies adopt our process to grow their business?”

After 7 years as a sales professional and country manager in the software and IT consulting industry Max knew how difficult generating qualified sales meeting was and saw a massive demand in the market.

That’s how on October 28, 2019, the letstrike process was fired up for the first time.

Chapter 2 - 2020-2021

Down Under mates & European landing

Then called “Lead Mate” the company started to grow in Melbourne, Australia, onboarding it’s first 10 clients and two other mates.

Siam, who was already working with Max in the early stages of the business, decided to take a leap of faith and quit his consulting job during the midst of the Covid lockdown - and became the first partner, and regional director for the APAC region.

Soon after that Paolo who had met Max in a Melbourne wine bar joined the ship and landed in Lausanne, Switzerland to become regional director for the EMEA region.

With our core team in place, and a robust proven process alongside an expansion of our delivery team, we welcomed our first long term clients like Tilkal (thanks for your trust!).

Chapter 3 - 2022-2023

Towards becoming the most global cold emailing agency

As both our clients and ourselves turned the pages of the COVID pandemic, business began to rapidly grow from strength to strength, and our team grew from 2 to 8 strikers, and we’d begun onboarding up to 30 new clients each month globally.

We spread like wild fire in Switzerland, Italy, France, Belgium, Germany, Spain, all European countries, Latin America, Canada and the Pacific.

At the end of 2023 we had become a 1 million euro business, grown with its own process, no capital investment and no other form of marketing.

Chapter 4 - 2024 & beyond

New brand, new solutions, new goals

Lead Mate is dead, long live letstrike!

As we grew we evolved. Our old brand was not the best vector for our values nor the best way to showcase our process and our client successes.

This is how we chose to become letstrike! A brand that exactly says who we are. That reflects our actionability, our straightforwardness, our results-driven mindset and captures our human values of loyalty and supportiveness.

With letstrike, we've not only rebranded—we’ve sharpened our core offering into three powerful solutions:

We are also moving towards further optimising our current processes, improving the client experience and delivery, and targeting new markets like the USA.
